This Culture and Money program has been designed to provide staff in the financial services sector an understanding of the impacts of colonisation on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and demonstrates how Government legislation and policies have created widespread financial exclusion.

We explain the different perceptions of wealth between Indigenous and Western societies and hear from First Nations colleagues and friends about their personal experiences with walking in two worlds.

By the end of this program, we hope you feel better equipped and have increased confidence to engage with your First Nations customers, clients, members and/or colleagues in a culturally competent way.
